What does Sane Compute do?
Sane Compute is an independent, buyer-side procurement service for AI infrastructure. When a company needs GPU servers, AI compute or related infrastructure, we take the requirement to market, make supplier proposals comparable and negotiate price and terms on the buyer's behalf.
Do you sell or resell hardware?
No. We don't hold inventory and we don't resell hardware or cloud capacity. You contract and pay the selected supplier directly.
What can you source?
GPU servers, GPU clusters, AI networking and storage, dedicated GPU capacity and GPU cloud, and colocation. We work across OEMs, system integrators, distributors, GPU cloud providers and colocation providers.
How are you paid?
Fees are agreed with you upfront. Where there is a clear commercial baseline, such as an existing quote, we can work on a shared-savings basis: no verified savings, no success fee. Where there is no baseline, we agree a fixed project fee.
We already have a quote. Is it too late?
No. Send it to us before you sign. We review it against the market and tell you whether there is room to improve price, delivery, warranty, support or terms.
Is our information kept confidential?
Yes. We are happy to sign an NDA before reviewing any requirement, bill of materials or quote.
Do you replace our procurement or engineering team?
No. Your technical team defines the requirement and your procurement team keeps control of the process. We add specialist market coverage for a category most companies only buy occasionally.
What size of purchase makes sense?
Typically purchases from around €50,000 upwards, where a better commercial outcome clearly outweighs the cost of running a proper process.
